Privacy Policy
Effective September 7, 2026
What this website collects, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to reach us about it.
BraveRose Management LLC (“BraveRose,” “we,” “us”) operates braverosemgt.com. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to reach us about it. It covers the website only. Information exchanged during a client engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
1. What we collect
We collect the name, email address and phone number you type into our contact form. We do not ask for anything else.
- What you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, telephone number and whatever you write in the message. Supplying this is voluntary, and the contact form is the only place on this site that asks for it. A submission is sent to us by email and a copy is also kept in this website’s administrative area, on the same server that hosts the site.
- What the server records. Like nearly every website, the server hosting this site keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, the page you arrived from, and the date and time of the request. Our hosting provider generates these for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
- What we do not collect. We do not ask for financial account information, government identification numbers, or health information through this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
2. Why we collect it
To answer you. That is the whole purpose.
- To respond to your inquiry and continue that correspondence.
- To evaluate whether BraveRose is the right fit for the work you describe.
- To keep an ordinary record of business inquiries.
We do not use your information for advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the inquiry you sent.
3. Who else sees it
The companies that run our website and our email. No one buys this from us, because we do not sell it.
- Our hosting provider, which operates the server this site runs on and on which stored submissions reside.
- Our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages the contact form generates. A message sent through the form arrives as an email and lives in that mailbox.
- Professional advisors — counsel, accountants, insurers — where a matter requires it, and under an obligation of confidentiality.
- Law enforcement or a court, where we are legally required to produce it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise disclose it to advertisers, data brokers or marketing networks, and we do not disclose it in exchange for anything of value.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
This site is built on WordPress, which sets a small number of functional cookies necessary to serve pages and to keep an administrator signed in. We do not operate advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party analytics services that follow visitors across other websites.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites in the first place, there is nothing for that signal to switch off here. We do not conduct that tracking whether or not the signal is sent.
If this changes — if we add analytics or any other measurement tool — we will update this section and revise the effective date above before doing so.
5. How long we keep it
Your message stays with us for as long as it might matter. Ask us and we will delete it.
We keep correspondence for as long as it remains useful to the purpose it was sent for, and afterward for as long as ordinary business record-keeping requires. This covers both the email a form submission generates and the copy kept in the website’s administrative area. We do not operate a fixed deletion schedule, and we will delete your information sooner on request. See the next section.
6. Your choices
Ask us what we have and we will tell you. Ask us to delete your message and we will, unless there is a reason we have to keep it.
- Ask what we hold. We will tell you what information from your correspondence we still have.
- Correct it. If information you gave us is inaccurate, tell us and we will fix it.
- Delete it. We will delete correspondence you sent us — both the email and the copy kept in the website’s administrative area — except where we need to retain it for an active engagement, to resolve a dispute, or because we are required to keep it.
- Stop hearing from us. Ask and we will end the correspondence.
Where a law that applies to BraveRose gives you rights over your information beyond those described here, we honor those rights as that law requires.
Send requests to cbrave@braverosemgt.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on one, which normally means replying from the address that contacted us. We respond within a reasonable period.
7. How we protect it
Here is what we actually do. No website anywhere is perfectly secure.
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the mailbox that receives contact-form messages, and to submissions stored in the website’s administrative area, is limited to BraveRose personnel. No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is secure, and we do not represent that ours is.
Please do not send sensitive information — account numbers, identification numbers, or anything confidential — through the contact form.
8. Links to other websites
If you click away from our site, this policy stops applying.
This site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not govern what they do with your information. Read theirs.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this, we change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we say so here.
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will post a notice on this page identifying the change alongside the revised policy.
10. How to reach us
Email is the fastest route.
Questions about this policy, or any request described in Section 6, should go to cbrave@braverosemgt.com.
